The CDM4628A is a DC/DC step-down ulModuleregulator with standalone dual 8A or single 16Aoutput.Included in the module are the switching controllers,power FETs, inductors and support components.Only a few external filters, holding capacitors andresistors are needed to be a complete step-downdual output DC/DC regulator.The input voltage range of the module is 4.5V to26.5V, and the output voltage can be set in therange of 0.6V to 5.5V with an external samplingresistor.The module supports external frequencysynchronization, multiphase operation, Burst Modeoperation and output voltage tracking for supply railsequencing.The module has an onboard temperature diode fordevice temperature monitoring. Fault protectionfeatures include overvoltage and overcurrentprotection.
