ICL1403 is a high voltage linear constant current LED driver for phase–cut dimmable application, which integrates 550V high voltage MOS. The phase-cut dimmer holding current and the LED driving current can be set through the extemal resistors between 5mA and 60mA. ICL1403 built-in linear type thermal protection function to effectively prevent damage to the system caused by high temperature. ICL1403 system has simple peripherals, flexible application, high reliability, small volume, and low system BOM cost. Various package types can be applied to all kinds of LED lamps.
